Great property, but was filthy! Part refund given. Hope its beautiful for the next guests.
Positive: Recieved a part refund for the state of the property. Tara was amazing to deal with. Beautiful house, that needs a good deep clean.
Negative: Property waa filthy. Owner of the sub-contracted cleaning company come in at 8pm so we could use the bathroom and toilet - which took almost an hour to clean. As guests we assited to clean the couches, benches, and basic areas so we could use them. Rubbish bins were full to the top. Not a great experience.
