Like stepping back in time staying at this beautiful, well kept large house. Positive: A beautiful big house. So comfortable and spacious. Plenty of kitchen items such as crockery, cutlery, cookware. Drip filter coffee pot and tea pots. Big comfy sofas, open fire place as well as pot belly fireplace. Airconditioning in lounge and master bedroom, ceiling fans in master and second bedroom. King size bed in master. The place was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the front verandah to have morning coffee and listening to the birds. This house could possibly sleep more than six. I noticed a sofa bed and spare mattress but this would need to be confirmed with owner.

Positive: The space, the coziness, the location, the facilities. Negative: It's a large house, so you know. All very clean, really liked it!

Very pleasant for our three-night stay. Positive: Great location, in walking distance to lake, shops, swimming pool etc. Tara kindly gave us an early check-in and switched on air conditioning before arrival which was appreciated on a hot day. Pleasant open-plan living area with sunroom. Negative: Back garden exceptionally dry (lawn burnt to a crisp), making the outdoor patio area and living room outlook rather sad/unappealing. As per photos, bedroom with single beds is small and airless and could do with a fan.

Positive: Conveniently situated in the middle.of Benalla. Very tidy and well looked after. Negative: Nothing not to like
