Off street, locked parking was a bonus. Negative: Some small suggestions - tea towel(s) would be good and maybe a fragrant spray for the bathroom

Enjoyable stay in a great location, but a few maintenance and privacy issues let it down Positive: Excellent location directly across from the museum and lake. The house was spacious, with a lovely family and kitchen area where we could relax and spend time together. The back patio was a nice spot for breakfast in the sun, and the house was well equipped overall. Negative: Hot water only lasted less than five minutes each for the three of us. There was rubbish and a tomato under the couch, the main bedspread was dirty and stained, kitchen scissors were broken and the kettle was old and difficult to open. A newer kettle and air fryer would be useful. The owner living behind the property was friendly, but entered through the back gate and knocked at 9am without notice, which startled us, and came over three times during our stay to chat. A little more privacy would have been appreciated.

Convenient 3 bedroom house in central Benalla. Positive: Lots of space, convenient to downtown, good WiFi and TV, lots of towels. Generally comfortable. Negative: Hard to adjust thermostat settings, kitchen cooking ware needs updating, some shade would be welcome on back porch. Exit lighting couldn’t be turned off.

Great location within walking distance to everything we needed. The place was neat and tidy and the team were fantastic to deal with. I would definitely recommend AAA Checkinn for future stays.
