At AAA Checkinn we are a small property management business that can provide you with personalised one on one service and we will treat your home as if it is ours.

Little things make a big difference to your guests’ experience. Every day we ensure that there is coffee, tea – black and herbal – hot chocolate, milk and sugar in the kitchen.

We replenish shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, tissues and toilet paper in the bathroom. We also check that there is plenty of laundry powder, dish-washing powder, dishwashing liquid and that there are clean sponges, wipes, tea towels and bin liners for the kitchen and laundry.

All of the linen is high quality, hotel grade, to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Bedding, bath sheets, hand towels, face washers, bath mats.

All of our services in one package with no extra to pay. 20% of your property’s monthly income.

This includes professional photo’s of you home at no extra cost, free access to our experienced decor manager and everything in-between until your home is at its full potential to start making you an income.

Please note this does not included your properties expenses including cleaning, maintenance, listing platform fees and any type of items required for guests to enjoy their stay eg coffee, shampoo, linen etc.

We are available to you and to everyone that books your property 24/7. Our all-round service ensures guests are taken care of from the moment their booking is accepted to the day they check out.

Your property will be listed on at least 4 booking platforms including our new website. A personalised Welcome Pack is made about your home, outlining all the important information for all guests. A hassle free monthly statement will be provided about your property via email with funds being transferred straight into your account.
